Firecrest have provided Littlejohn with IT support for over 5 years, during which time they have installed two new servers for us and many PC’s, all of which took place smoothly and efficiently. Where they really come into their own is with the on-going, off site support that they offer. Our whole system is managed remotely with Rob only having to visit the premises to deliver and install new hardware – and if there are any issues with our system we are never aware of them! In addition, they have upgraded our wired network, installed a wireless network with multiple access points and provided support and hardware that allows our staff to work from home. The service we receive from Firecrest at all times has been fantastic, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.
